The room was very nice and the grounds were well maintained.
I chose this hotel in part because it offered free wireless internet and I was quite disappointed that the connection was very poor and dropped frequently. Sometimes it was completely unavailable. Additionally, the staff was less than helpful. They seemed inconvenienced when asked for help and I ended up doing all of my own travel planning because the suggestions they had were only for services with their over priced friends.

The Balinese room door and windows are so beautiful. Stay in classic Balinese style, you will feel that you are in a different world. Bed is very impressive like 5 stars hotel. Love it. Little bit expensive if you get the full price, but I got a deal from Booked.net. Location is easy to walk to town and hop to different local spas.
Wish the windows can opened and get morning sun light in the morning.

During my recent city trip, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel with two fantastic outdoor swimming pools, which were ideal for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. to this, the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the area and discover all it had to offer. as this, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, ensuring a fantastic stay.
The room appeared to have not been cleaned properly since the previous guests left, and there were various signs of neglect, such as dirty sheets and dust. The breakfast didn't offer many choices and the quality of the food was average at best.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their English was good and they helped us organise trips and even try catch a geko that appeared in our room!

Relatively small hotel but clean and recently redecorated rooms.
I would have prefered a shower instead of an in-built bath that doubled up in that role. The "slope" of the bath caused the water to drain towards the rest of the bathroom and not towards the regular drain. Nevertheless, the bathroom qwas kept spotless by the hotel staff. Sliding doors to balcony couldn't be locked.

Situated in beautiful gardens, it provides a peaceful atmosphere just out of the centre of Ubud. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms, with their old-fashioned design, have a charming appeal. A pleasant surprise is the inclusive breakfast, served in the restaurant located right in front of the hotel.
Some minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

Great staff, nice restaurant, very accommodating, quiet location despite being right off a busy street. Far enough away from the hustle/bustle of main Ubud, but close to plenty of local business. Great massage place across the street, x'Made'. Great local Bali warung just. Down the street and around the corner, 'Manasi', cheap and really good bebek.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms have a new interior design, giving them a modern and fresh look. The breakfast included in the stay is a great way to start the day with a variety of options to choose from.
Nothing to complain about.

friendly staff during the days
1) security staff in the night is sleeping at the entrance and is not waking up when somebody is entering the hotel - so why they need security? 2) one night korean guests had a party at the pool directly in front of our room - the staff didn't cared - cause they didn't even understood english! 3) the room size are not matching the information on the page - it says its 32sqm but its max. 16 incl. bathroom!!!

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and pools at the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.
Our room was not up to our expectations. It was outdated and smelled musty.
